The start of school is like the start of a new year for us here at the House of Shine and we’re eager to see the many ways our tribe of followers will shine alongside us this year! Take a peek below at some of the major events happening this month and consider joining us as we Power the Planet with Shine.
North Texas Giving Day is an annual one-day online giving event for non-profits in the North Texas area. Donations made on this day allow the House of Shine to provide programming for women and children that unearths the talents and gifts they possess and empowers them to use that self-knowledge to make a contribution in their corner of the world! To donate on North Texas Giving day, visit www.northtexasgivingday.org and then search for House of Shine. We appreciate your support in changing the lives of the women and children we serve in North Texas.
Join us for the third season of Rise & Shine, a monthly workshop series for women. Rise & Shine is the pause button women can press each month to reflect, rejuvenate, and feel restored. This season we will turn to the great outdoors for simple lessons nature can teach us about living a life that shines. Monthly sessions will be held on Thursday mornings again this year, but for the first time, we will also offer a few evening sessions in October, January, and April!

Offered in an upbeat and fast-paced setting, participants will leave feeling motivated to make their contribution out in the world. The first session is offered free to attendees.
Educators can also earn CEU credits for attending. To register or learn more about the sessions, visit www.houseofshine.com/learntoshine
