4. Launch when a product is “perfectly imperfect” (about 85% ready) rather than waiting for perfection.
5. Network actively to build relationships and form an informal board of advisors for guidance.

Sharon emphasized the importance of work-life balance and self-care. Her morning routine includes early rising, meditation using the Calm app, exercise, and avoiding phone checks until after meditation. She stressed the value of family time and creating lasting memories.

The conversation touched on online safety for children, with Sharon advocating for open communication, setting boundaries, and educating kids about potential risks. She emphasized teaching children to consider the permanence and public nature of online posts.
