FFAF: Kick-off to Summer
Learn where Cheryl is, what we think of the new format, our frustrations with celcius and military time, then round it out with what we are looking forward to in the summer months and you've got today's video.
Hopefully you have as much fun watching as we had filming!
Shining off until Monday when we bring you another Yellow Envelope recipient...

Long video today, but we had fun!
Did anyone make it to the end? If so, will you answer our Free For All question? Who are our diehards who actually watched all fourteen minutes of our senseless banter?

thanks, I missed y'all to! I missed the Yellow Envelope, too.. but I am catching up on all the people I missed (blessed be to the archives). I like the new format just bc it helps me plan a bit... I do miss seeing you on the weekends but I get up @ OMG AM Saturday morning to go sell my art (!) at the weekend market from 8am-noon. Oh, and when the AC is on, it is set @ 83`F (28.33`C). And, for the record, I LOVE wine....I will be drinking some this weekend on the beach during the Memorial Day weekend (since I live on it), Also taking a good book (or 2). Sunday is also my birthday so may go out to dinner with some friends to a local seafood place overlooking the harbour. :-) And that is also going to be my summer theme... beach beach beach. I moved here bc of the beach and I plan to enjoy it every day possible. It was time to slow down my life so I am BEING more than DOING, and I have gotten back to reading books for fun, not for educational purposes. Free for all topics? how about the spirituality of art (in any form)?

Hey ladies! Fun video - although it has taken me almost all day to finish it! Too many interruptions.
Just so you know - I may not post every day, but I read everyday! Sometimes I just don't have anything insightful to add to the already so creating and interesting posts, but I visit every day.
I don't mind the Monday YEP change so do whatever works for you!
I am excited about this summer for a variety of reasons. My parents will be here in a week, concerts at Levitt Pavillion, swimming with our friends, a trip to Missouri in July which includes a St. Louis Cardinals baseball game, and the excitement of preparing for another year at UTA. And the best of all - the end of summer brings our annual trip to Disney World, so even when the heat it too much to bear and the start of the fall semester wears me down, I know that the week of Labor Day is my escape from it all!
Have a great weekend!

Summers are a great thing.... planning was more important when my kids were little... baseball camps, cheerleading camps, summer school.... we went on a big vacation over Christmas break... the only thing planned so far is freshman college orientation in July... although we may take a day trip somewhere... 4 adults in the house now...our interests are changing... my son graduates from high school tomorrow.... please keep him in your thoughts and prayers... I'm crying already... my job is done! :0)

Hi ladies! Yes! You are fun! Fun video. Yes, I was on a date with Colorado Steve. We went to fireside pies and it was good. I went to field day today- so much fun. For memorial day I am going to rockwall with Margaret & some more girls to soak up some fun and sun as well as go on a sailing trip. Looking forward to it. For summer I am most looking forward to hanging by the pool and in late august going to a bob burridge painting workshop. ;)
