It’s That Time…
No matter how busy or complicated life can seem, there is a certain amount of comfort that comes from the simplicity of
For, the best and worst of situations are, in the end, just fleeting moments.

Hop over to the Comment Section and share three things with fellow community members: What was your high from last month (best thing that happened)? What was your low from last month (worst thing that happened)? And what was your aha (something you learned)?

HIGH: While I had many highs, ranging from the boys getting out of school to making our presentation of dimes to Rotary, my biggest high has been arriving in Florida for the month of June and thoroughly enjoying the change of pace.
LOW: My biggest low is the sadness I sometimes feel at holidays when I am not at home in New York with my aging parents. Father's Day just passed and the gang was all there celebrating with my dad, except me.
AHA: I learned that if I am just patient and have grace with myself, I can do most anything. I am skittish about riding my bike on the side of the road, but last week I took on the challenge and rode with a partner. Now that the seal has been broken, I have done it twice by myself! I also learned that a “league' is a form of measurement – 3 miles. Aha! It gives the book title, 30,000 Leagues Under the Sea so much more meaning!
