What are your Super Bowl plans?

Anyone going to take us up on our offer to come to Rise & Shine?

I think we should play a game. A scoop of ice cream for each time the word, "frankly" came out of my mouth.

This is my version of a drinking game.

Frankly... it was far too many times.

Go Pack Go!!!!

(On American Idol the other night they were in Milwaukee, and this enthusiastic contestant from GreenBay, chanted Go Pack Go, and J Lo looked at her.... and went huh! Cheese heads unite.... shhh, it's an exclusive Wisconsin club!!)

If we were to have a big super bowl party, we couldn't watch the game.... Jeff thought we should have authentic Wisconsin foods... like Brats (Bratwurst) cheese curds and Linenkugals.... but I like finger foods that I can make ahead of time. Here is one of our all time favs at the moment!

Buffalo chicken dip
1 pie plate full

2 (5 ounce) cans of chicken... we use 2 chicken breasts
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup ranch dressing
3/4 cup red hot sauce
shredded cheddar cheese, you decide how much
Frito corn chip, scoops

1. Beat cream cheese, ranch dressing, and red hot sauce.
2. Fold in shredded cooked chicken
3. Spread mixture into pie plate sprayed with pam
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min
5. Add cheddar to top and bake an additional 10-15 min
6. Serve hot with Frito scoops

We've also been 'into' making something very similar, (without the cream cheese) into a homemade pizza. It is so good. If you are interested email me, and I'll send you that recipe.... Buffalo Chicken Pizza, yummo!

I'm OUT of that game, Claudia!! In case you haven't heard- I'm in a FITNESS contest! Heather has to be out, too. Still chuckling over your going to workout story... I checked the time as I drove in this morning at 6:00 to get some extra cardio points.

For Super Bowl- Not sure what I'm going to do yet. I might spend it at a bar drinking beer and cheering or I might spend it at our Fitness Facility. I can watch it and workout at the same time.

Of course the Strubles are having a party. It would really nice for some Super Bowl items to show up hint hint
Plus the Packers are practing at smu.

Matt probably would have been crashing at someone's house if he hadnt taken last week off

More party details to come. Off to the travel and adventure show tomorrow. The Mexican travel group has asked me to stop by. Maybe they'll offer us a free vacation
