I've been sucking at the year of me too. But yesterday the Aveda store rep offered me a free hand massage. I turned her down but as I was leaving changed my mind and stopped for five minutes. Normally I wouldn't have taken the time or as I normally think of it waste the time. Sometimes I might even tell myself a free massage isn't good enough.
