Mark your calendars.

I 'm starting to plan our celebration for Thursday, September 18, 2025, the day we reach 10,000 hours of time spent writing blog posts for the House of Shine.

I thought it would be fun to bury a time capsule that could be opened when we gather for our gala celebration.

Using the dimensions of this box (32" x 24" x 18"), and your creativity, help identify objects we should include.

How will our items tell of people, items, events, and places that have been important to our website's history?

What will want to remember 14 years from now? Visit us in the comment section and share your ideas.

    Off the top of my head... Something Ray related. Some of Peggy's cards. Something pirate related. A cookie cutter. The Manifesto. A Strength Finder's Book. A Whack Pack. Yellow Envelopes and Stamps. A pickle ornament. Something Peanut & the Shell related.

    There's a start... what else do others have?

    Oh my gosh, Heather! Any time I think of rubber chickens I can just hear Amy laughing and saying, "You wanna dance, Mr. Chicken?" HA! Cracks me up everytime! One of my favorite memories!!!

    An armadillo (not a real one of course :) ), shine plate, duck tape, our high, lows and aha's at the time we bury the time capsule.

    I think we should host a YEP for Claudia, and she doesn't get to open any of the envelopes... They all go in the time capsule, and when we dig it up, then she can open all the Yellow Envelopes.

    I have my own blog a while back .So there aren't many articles in it .I just want to choose some articles from your blog .The articles in your blog are so wonderful.
