L - Love taking candid photos... it's the journalist in me. I like to capture people engaged in life. No posed photos for this guy.

I - I saw Third Eye Blind in concert this past Friday. One of my favorite music artists!

B- Big Brothers Big Sisters. I recently became a "Big" with our local Big Brothers Big Sisters agency. I've gotten together twice now with my "Little", Marc. We've gone for ice cream once, and bowling on our second visit. We're planning a fishing trip this weekend.

R - Reeaaaalllly enjoy driving when I'm bored, which isn't such a good thing now that gas is $4/gallon. I especially like driving, with my windows down and music blaring.

A - Always had a passion for being involved with nonprofit organizations. I'm a board member on our local Habitat for Humanity chapter and president-elect of my Kiwanis Club.

L- Lego's. I loved playing with Lego's when I was a kid and looking back I think that my love for Lego's mislead me in a way. I thought I wanted to be an architect because I alwasy built houses with my Lego's but I really just loved that they were a creative toy. Love - I love that this is the Year of Love.

E- Elaine. My middle name is Elaine. Elbows- I had a piece of glass close up in my elbow after an accident that had to be surgically removed. Escape- some days I dream of just disappearing for a week- just driving away where I have no idea where I'm going or where I'll stay or what I'll see and no one else knows where I am either. Is that wierd? I don't want to stay away forever but I just want to escape and have an adventure of my very own.

O- Observer. I love to dine or go places alone and observe what other people are doing and eavesdrop on their conversation (could be E above). Like kids running around playing (their parents completely unaware that they're eating dirt or about to fall from thirty feet above), old couples together and their interaction, and just the crazy stuff that people do that seems completely normal when you're doing it but crazy when you're watching it.

L: Love to dance, play with my girls, work out and clean (just not fold laundry).

I: I've lost 15.2 pounds in our work's weight loss challenge...I need to lose another 1.5 pounds by Monday to meet my 10% goal so I'll be eating WAY healthy and working out for the next few days.

B: Baths...long hot ones, like scalding hot ones are an indulgence I adore...Bike...I'm trying to find a cheap but road worthy one for my year of the tri. You can't believe how expensive these things are. On that note if I "Bike it Fwd" to you on Facebook it is because Schwinn is giving away two bikes everyday this month and I'd love to be the recipient.

R: Raw...I'm a true believer in the power of a raw, organic diet. I definitely don't always follow it as food is a true weakness for me but given unlimited access to whole foods I'd choose that path any day.

A: Active...I love to be active. Not in the get out there and exercise way but in the I can't sit at home and do nothing way. I need to constantly be on the go.
Adaptable: It is one of my top 5 Strengths and it is definitely accurate. I'm a firm believer in the fact that everything will work out as it is supposed to and stressing over the outcome changes nothing.

A: ambidextrousity is something I had found to be quite a challenge when I was a child. Now I am happy because I can do many things equally with both of my hands (and brain(s) My mom is left handed and I am creative like her, and my dad is right handed and I'm very analytical like him

R: rewarding myself with little treats for completing tasks, projects, chores & bores is one way I take care of 'me'. It may be a pedicure, a bag of Skittles, mc'd Sweet tea.... I'm worth it!

I: I am the right height for my size, i am a sucide blond dyed by my own hand, i am a jack of all trades: master of none

E: entwined tattoo roses encircle my left ankle to remind me to stop and smell the roses

S: singing the wrong words is something i enjoy doing when listening to 80s music.

PS Heather.... you might want to look and see when your local police department is holding their bike sale.... I bet every city or county has this.... local law enforcement hold auctions or sales to get rid of all of their inventory to stolen or unclaimed bikes... you might find something in exensive that way :0)

Hello HOS! It has been a looooong day. Field trip at the Ft. Worth Zoo with my daughters 1st grade class. We had a lot of fun!

L: Loyal, loving. Love to move! Put on some good music and I can't help myself.
E: Energetic, emotional. However, my energetic nature has been on hold lately and my emotions are slightly Exaggerated :)
O: Optimistic, outgoing. Baby O number three will be born around Thanksgiving :)

L- Listening to music- if there's a down moment in a day, if I'm riding around in my car, of if I'm getting work done around my house or office, I'm certainly listening to music!

I- Intentional- I believe in spending intentional time with the people in my life building our friendships/relationships. My love language is quality time and that's how I prefer to enjoy the people I have in my life- spending time with them!

B- Bound to travel the world...I want to visit all 7 continents in my lifetime.

R- Rays of sunshine. My favorite place to be is sitting outside soaking up rays of sunshine- there are fewer things that make me happier. :)

A- Avid reader. Every night before I go to bed, I force myself to read a chapter of a "fun" book. It's something I do for myself. :)

G: Gee, why do these things make me feel at a loss for words?
E: Energized: I feel energized when I have a new idea and want to run with it.
M: Mom - I wasn't ever going to have kids. (Stop laughing)
I: I trust my intuition a lot more than I used to trust it and it's a good thing.
N: Names: I love names. I love to research them, feel how they feel in my mouth and my kids usually take weeks to get baby names.
I: I wish I were a Leo with only three letters. :-)
