The title of today's post should be "Persistence."
Few people will ever know how painstakingly long it takes to move an idea from inception to completion. Heather, Cheryl, and I began planning early last fall for our new website. The Yellow Envelope Shop was supposed to be part of our website's grand opening.
Six months later, we'll just settle for opening. Forget, grand.
Last February we had the attention of our website developer, but no product to put in the store. Now we have product, but suddenly we're at the bottom of our web developer's priority list - just behind watching his eyelashes grow and sorting his spices.
We are not deterred. It is Ray Wattson's birthday week and I'll be darned if we are not going to proceed with our original plan; honor Ray by helping spread his Rayvolution.
A few weeks ago we provided a sneak peak at the Shine Balls we will stock in our elusive Yellow Awning Shop and today we present to you our latest, Limited Edition Shine Shirts.
First, a shirt for all those who share our vision to Power the Planet with Shine

And second, a shirt for the snarkier more Ray-like of you.

For now you will just have to foam at the mouth in anticipation of owning your very own. With a little luck, though, shirts will be on sale next week and you'll be sporting your favorite by August 1.
What else should we have on the shelves of our Yellow Awning Shop? Quick, visit us in the Community Forum, labeled Today's Post and tell us before our doors open.
Shining off until tomorrow...
